This Terms of Service ("Terms") is a binding agreement between Aalore Pvt Ltd ("Aalore", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "your") regarding your access and use of the QuoteBhej software as a service (SaaS) application (the "App").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Account Creation
You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and meet all of the foregoing requirements.
3. Sign-In with Google
The App uses Google Sign-In for user authentication. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the App ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, but by submitting User Content to the App, you grant Aalore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

The App and all intellectual property rights associated with the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Aalore or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AALORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY. AALORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE AVAILABLE, FUNCTIONAL, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AALORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF AALORE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you access or use the App. We may terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, without notice.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State], India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aalore regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
